1Acre Resort Haven Heated Pool/Hot Tub 6 BR 6Baths

The property is very nice however it has some serious maintenance issues. The step going down to the hall off the master was broken and held together with tape. The secondary bedroom had a washer and dryer in the closet that had soaked the carpet and the drywall leaving mold and a wet mold smell in the room making that bedroom unusable. The pool had tiles missing and black mold where the tiles had fallen off. The main AC unit failed and the host did not get it repaired until after we departed so we were one full day with no AC in 115 degrees, making the house uninhabitable. The host is a management co who is very nice during office hours. Afterhours you cannot reach anyone. They said no one could repair the AC and tried to explain how AC companies work in this area. I lived in this area for 40 years and had they wanted to pay the weekend service rate there are about 20 companies that do 24/7 emergency repair and when it is 115 it is an emergency when the AC fails. I own 32 short term rentals and when you are renting a home of this caliber attention to the details is critical. Attention to details in this home was a fail. I will not be returning to this property again.

Great place to stay with friends!

The house is very well equipped. The kitchen had everything you could need. The outside facilities were great and our group made a lot of use of the pool, hot tub, pickleball court, basketball and golf. The basketballs were soft but a request to the host brought an immediate remedy which was much appreciated.

This house is lovely - we had an incredible time. Beautiful area and the space both inside and out was everything we wanted for our group of 11. However, for what we paid we expected it to be in tip top shape - and it is not. Broken refrigerator panel (which meant we needed two people to open the freezer), missing tiles on the pool walls, several of the bathrooms need updated painting and the exhaust fans are filthy. Several cabinet doors had detached or broken hinges and the pickleball net needed replacing. The house has a lot going for it but overall needs some TLC because of it's age.

Great getaway home for our girls trip to Arizona!! House held all six of us so comfortably! Kitchen is amazing as we all took turns cooking and had everything we needed. Having our own spa and pickleball court felt luxurious and time well spent outside!! Loved the round table that hosted many card and other games on the rainy days inside. Wonderful house with space for everything!
